Terms of Service
1. Service description
Bluemoonkey is a visual blueprint tool for planning AI-powered applications. It allows you to map prompts, APIs, pages, and other architecture components on a canvas, and export structured plans for use with AI coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code.
2. Acceptable use
Bluemoonkey is intended for software architecture planning and legitimate app design purposes only. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to plan or facilitate illegal activity, or to upload content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
3. AI features
Certain Bluemoonkey features are powered by the Anthropic Claude API. When you use AI Advisor, Generate, or Reverse Engineer features, your blueprint data and inputs may be sent to Anthropic for processing. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring you have the right to share that content with third-party AI services.
4. Token purchases
Bluemoonkey Pro features may require tokens purchased through the service. All token purchases are final. Tokens that have been used to access AI features are non-refundable. Unused tokens may be eligible for a refund under the policy below.
5. Refund policy
Unused tokens are refundable within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at hello@bluemoonkey.com with your account email and purchase details. Refunds are not available for tokens that have already been consumed.
6. Limitation of liability
Bluemoonkey is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
